Major Update: We have moved into a place and the situation is…. not great at all. The living area is not very good, the transportation is unreliable and untimely and the people we are living with are  untrustworthy. Attempting to be more proactive, Dave took his tax return and paid another month’s advance to our landlady, however the conditions of this apartment are so dismal, we realize we might have settled a bit too quickly and we regret our decision to move here. We have 3 weeks to find a new place, as Dave asked for the advance back for the second month’s rent, but our landlady is acting very sketchy and is suddenly “unable to pay rent” and we are now on the verge of being kicked out from this apartment. We’re hoping that perhaps our landlady will sort her business accordingly and give us back the advance, which will give us another 3 weeks to find another place. However it’s not looking good. Dave had luck in finding a job, but because he has several physical ailments that prevent him from doing harder labor, he was forced to quit. The conditions of the job were much too strenuous on him. We are both still seeking employment that suits our needs so until we can actually sustain ourselves, we still need help from this page. We haven’t received donations in over a week and with how bleak our situation gets with each day, we are Very Concerned. Please help us.
